We work very carefully with the with customers to complete their quality job on time and with customer satisfaction. We provide this service in a very calm and friendly atmosphere that should give the customer a very enjoyable experience working with us
While we do not have strict requirements in accepting your digital or traditional files, we do ask that you follow a few simple rules. There are many risks involved when you provide incorrect files, including increased cost, production delays and longer turnaround times.
In order to minimize delays, we will pre-flight or review every component of the files you supply, within one or two business days. We notify you of any problems we find, plus suggest what can be done to fix them.
